Important: If the battery is backward, it won’t charge properly or power on, even if the charging light seems active.

The #1 cause of leaks is the compartment door NOT being securely locked!
How to ensure it’s waterproof:
After placing the battery/SD card and closing the door, firmly press down on the LATCH/LOCK area until you hear a distinct “CLICK” sound.
Is an SD card included? I don’t see it in the box!
