Make sure you’re using the AC adapter plugged into a wall outlet for charging. Avoid portable chargers, they’re not strong enough. Try a different cable too, just to see if it helps.
Can I use a bigger memory card size rather than the 16GB given for myFirst Camera 2?
Feel free to use a larger-sized memory card with the camera, as it has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 32GB.
Is it possible to take a selfie with myFirst Camera 2?
The ability to capture selfies is limited to the myFirst Camera 3 or newer models.
